How do I book a stay at Nacusi?

You can reserve directly on our Book Now page by selecting your arrival and departure dates, number of guests and preferred room. For retreats and group events, please use the contact form so we can tailor the stay to your needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival receive a full refund. Within 14 days, 50% is refundable; within 72 hours the booking is non-refundable. Retreat bookings follow the specific policy listed on each retreat page.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A 30% deposit secures your reservation, with the balance due on arrival. Retreats may require full payment in advance.

Can I modify my reservation after booking?

Date changes are possible based on availability, free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How many rooms does Nacusi have?

Our estate offers eight rooms across two houses, each with its own character, ranging from intimate single rooms to spacious suites.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the estate. We do encourage guests to take time offline as part of the retreat experience.

Yes. Several rooms feature double beds and we have larger suites for families. Let us know your party size and we will suggest the best fit.

All rooms include fresh linen, towels, and natural toiletries. Bathrobes and slippers are provided in our suites.

Absolutely. Many of our guests come alone. Group retreats are a beautiful space to connect with like-minded people in a safe, held environment.

No experience is needed. Our facilitators guide every practice and adapt sessions to all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.

We serve seasonal, plant-forward meals prepared with organic ingredients from our gardens and trusted local farms. Menus are crafted to support the practices guests are engaged in.
