These terms govern your use of the Nacusi Retreat Center website and your booking of our services. By using this site or making a reservation, you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings & Payments
All bookings require a valid payment method. A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. Full payment terms are provided at checkout.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival receive a full refund. Within 14 days, 50% is refundable. Within 72 hours of arrival, bookings are non-refundable. Retreat bookings follow the specific policy listed on each retreat page.
3. Guest Conduct
Nacusi is a sanctuary for healing and reflection. We ask all guests to respect the quiet environment, other guests, and the natural surroundings. Disruptive behavior may result in termination of stay without refund.
4. Liability
Nacusi Retreat Center is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during your stay, except where caused by our negligence. Guests participate in retreats and activities at their own risk.
5. Health & Safety
Guests with medical conditions should inform us in advance. We are not a medical facility. Fasting and detox programs should be undertaken with appropriate medical guidance.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
